Corn Steep Liquor
It is a byproduct of the Corn wet milling, a viscous concentrate of the corn solubles containing amino acids, vitamins & minerals.
MAIZE BRAN AND MAIZE BRAN ENRICHED
It is byproduct of the corn wet milling containing a mixture of the bran fraction & other products with a protein content varying between 9-15% , crude fiber (5-20%) & Starch content b/w 17-25%.
Maltodextrin / Corn dried Glucose syrup are spray dried free flowing white powder having a bland taste with very little sweetness produced by partial hydrolysis of refined maize starch.
Dextrose syrups are purified and concentrated, nutritive saccharides with a sweet taste having minimum 95% of dextrose.
High Maltose Corn Syrup
It is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides characterized by having less than 10% dextrose and maltose content from 28 - 70% or higher.
It is a refined and concentrated aqueous viscous syrup of nutritive saccharides derived from starch by controlled liquefaction. It is also known as Glucose syrup.
